Freedom Bagel Bakery was established to provide the Treasure Valley of Idaho with high quality, all-natural bagels. The Bakery focuses on combining its magical bagel recipe with other fresh, house-made ingredients to deliver the highest quality, unique, and mouth-watering menu items.
Freedom Bagel Bakery’s Artisan, All-natural, house-made bagels are the result of decades of bagel recipe testing. The goal was to craft a one-of-a-kind bagel experience that combines both modern, sustainable kitchen methods with the old-world New York bagel style.
Bagel baker and proprietor, John Heintzberger, combines knowledge from a 20+ year career in agriculture, an MBA from Boise State (go Broncos!), and specialized training in the New York bagel scene to provide the highest quality bagels to the Treasure Valley.
